Some experiences may include self-portraiture, photography, conversation, journaling, reflection, ritual, meditation, nature-based practices, intuitive exploration or other creative practices. 4. Booking

Bookings are made through the booking system linked from theunveiling.world or through another booking method agreed directly with The Unveiling World. A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and the client has received confirmation of the booking. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking. For online experiences, the client is also responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device capable of joining the online session.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are those shown at the time of booking. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Unless otherwise stated, payment is required at the time of booking. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled starting time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are normally non-refundable. Where possible, The Unveiling World may offer the opportunity to reschedule in exceptional circumstances, at its discretion. If The Unveiling World needs to cancel an appointment, the client will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund for the affected service. Important: this contractual cancellation policy exists alongside statutory consumer withdrawal rights; it cannot remove rights the consumer has under applicable law.

7. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable French consumer law, consumers purchasing services at a distance generally have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract in which to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the client should send an unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw to: contact@theunveiling.world If the client expressly requests that provision of the service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the service may begin during that period. If the client subsequently exercises their right of withdrawal after performance has begun at their express request, they may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided. Once the service has been fully performed following the client's express request to begin during the withdrawal period, and after the required acknowledgement concerning loss of the withdrawal right, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that fully performed service.

8. Late Arrival

If a client arrives late, the session will normally still end at the originally scheduled time so that other commitments are not affected. Where the client is significantly late or does not attend, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

9. Online Sessions & Technical Difficulties

Online experiences are normally held using Zoom or another video-conferencing platform communicated to the client. Clients are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and reasonably private environment for participation. If significant technical difficulties on The Unveiling World's side prevent the session from taking place, an alternative time will be offered. The Unveiling World cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where technical difficulties arise from the client's equipment, internet connection or third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

10. Photography, Images & Confidentiality

Images created by participants during self-portrait experiences remain the participant's own images unless otherwise agreed. The Unveiling World will not publish or use a participant's self-portraits, personal reflections or identifying material for promotional, educational or other public purposes without separate permission. Participation in an experience does not constitute consent for images or personal stories to be published. Where group experiences involve sharing, participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

11. Intellectual Property

Materials created by The Unveiling World, including written exercises, prompts, PDFs, workshop structures, photographs, recordings, graphics and other original materials, remain the intellectual property of Julia Keil / The Unveiling World unless otherwise stated. Materials provided to participants are for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Participant Responsibility

Participants are invited to take responsibility for their own boundaries and wellbeing throughout an experience. You are always welcome to pause, decline an invitation or choose not to share something that does not feel appropriate for you. If an experience brings up something requiring therapeutic, medical or specialist support, participants are encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

13. Changes or Cancellation by The Unveiling World

Occasionally an experience may need to be changed, postponed or cancelled due to illness, weather, safety considerations or circumstances outside reasonable control.
